Proficiency Testing for Calibration Laboratories
External quality assessment programmes that help your laboratory validate measurement capability and meet accreditation requirements.
Proficiency Testing (PT) enables calibration laboratories to compare their measurement results with those of other participating laboratories and with assigned reference values. Regular PT participation is a key requirement under ISO/IEC 17025 and NABL accreditation for demonstrating ongoing technical competence.
ATRSPL conducts PT rounds using stable artefacts circulated among participants. Each laboratory calibrates or measures the artefacts according to its own validated procedures and submits results within the programme deadline. Statistical evaluation produces individual performance reports that remain strictly confidential.
